Experiences We Can Learn
The word experience is an old word. Without knowing about it’s psychological, social and literally meaning, people have kept using this word ever since and continues to do so even today. Experience is a literal word that holds great and vast meaning in itself. Experiences are nothing but the act of exposure that any individual encounters. Any new event or situation that a person faces, adds on to the list of his or her experience. Experience refers to knowledge. The kind of knowledge that experience falls under, is called empirical knowledge. From the term itself, empirical knowledge is a kind of knowledge where an individual for the first time knows about the situation and scenario. With the art of regular practice, the empirical knowledge of experience can be changed for the betterment and the propositional or declarative knowledge of experience is achieved in the long run.
In foreign philosophy and psychology, experts after rigorous studies have found that it is correct to co-relate the terms of experience and experiment.
Earlier Studies Related To Experiences:
Many studies and works of experts and psychologists defined and explained the nature of experiences in a particular way. The historic and the modern concepts and studies of experience are now notably different from the earlier studies. Experts say that due to the change in the regular scenario and situation of life, earlier studies got changed. The different approach towards life is yet another reason why experiences change from one person to another and is a relative concept.
One of the experts called Immanuel Kant blamed appropriate concepts about objects and situations, the only reason for the change of experience.
Experience Help Us In Analysing Situations:
Experiences, as said already, holds a vast meaning to itself.
Often, a particular content helps us in deducing different meanings with each reading. With the first reading of the content, the reader perceives an apparent and superficial meaning from it. With a subsequent reading of the content, the reader analyses newer meanings. They too provide a similar outcome. During our first-hand experience, we generally obtain a superficial knowledge about the situation. With subsequent exposure to the situation, during the second and third handed experiences , the situation reveals itself more to us, and we understand the deep-rooted meaning out of it.
Kinds Of Experiences:
A person can gain knowledge and experience from a number of places and experts later named these grounds as different kinds of experiences. Experts have identified situations and classified the instances into these kinds and then have given a general overall accepted definition. The mental and physical experiences are the kinds of experiences that coexist in nature. With the change in any physical attribute of nature and situation, the mental experience of a person always changes and thus the above conclusion. Similarly, the other types of experience in nature are also related to one another. Hence there are various kinds of experiences we face in our lives. We have to learn from those experiences and adapt. They help us in growing up.
